This was one of the most joyful weddings I have had the priviledge to photograph. As part of my Thayer Academy alumni and staff series, I am happy to feature this event. Anni McDonough is a member of Thayer’s class of 1995 as well the former painting and drawing teacher at Thayer.

These boys took their jobs as ushers VERY seriously. So much so that they needed a nap during the ceremony 🙂
All the Zukes men watch as Anni and her dad come down the isle. Just look at the way she is beaming at him!I love the reactions of the guests as well as the body language. I can hear her saying ,” We did it!”The McDonough and Zukes families.This is one of those iconic images that most families have. I can see them all lining up in exactly the same order every 5 years  just to document the changes.The reception was held at the Venezia in Boston, MA. I am so honored to have been a part of this union.
