I love my job. Taking pictures is in my blood. My grandfather was a photographer and I have fond memories of learning from him when I first fell in love with photography.
Whether I am the lead photographer at a wedding or the second, I am always inspired by the moments I record. From a flower girl skipping with joy to the groom looking at his bride in awe, I am always happy while taking photos and sharing in the joy of the day.
As a second photographer, the experience is different than being the primary, but no less incredible. I find that as a second shooter, I can relax and have a little bit more creative freedom. As a second photographer, I might be in a different position to have the opportunity to capture different angles and different emotions. In my last blog post, I shared my favorite images from weddings I photographed as a primary photographer. Here I present to you my 2014 favorites as a second photographer. I find that these images capture wonderful moments that I am happy to have witnessed.
Thank you so much to Anna Sawin Photography, Julia Jane Photography and Elegant Bliss Photography for trusting me to help you tell these stories for these couples. I look forward to doing it again in 2015!
