  • Will you be the photographer at our wedding?

Yes! I am always the photographer shooting the weddings. I do not subcontract my weddings to any other photographers.

  • Do you bring a second photographer?

Most packages include a second photographer – ideal for events with 100 guests or more.

  • How would you describe your photographic style?

My style is a mix of photojournalism and classic artistic style. I want your wedding images to be a natural, honest vision of the emotion and energy that was felt on your day, so I take each moment in stride and keep my lens on you at all times. I also want you to have fun! During the portrait session of the day I will either direct you or just let you play and be yourselves. Whatever looks best and feels right works. If you are having fun and feeling good it will come through in the pictures.

  • How much experience do you have?

I began my photography business in 1998. In that time I have photographed countless weddings. I feel a little like the keeper of the visual history for my clients.

  • Do you shoot film or digital?

Digital. My primary camera is a Canon EOS 1D Mark II. I always have a backup camera, batteries, lenses, and flashes.

  • What is the timeline for receiving wedding images and albums?

Your images are available four to six weeks after your wedding date. Albums are available three to six months after the date your album is ordered.

  • How many weddings do you shoot per year?

I shoot no more than 20 weddings each year. I strive to devote as much time as possible to providing you with the highest quality product, and in doing so, I tend to accept only a certain amount of weddings.
